Another cold day...even tried those toe warmers...kept the toes about 1 degree above frozen this time...so i cant say they didnt help at all

Met up with Frank for an early morning ride...got in an hour and a half...toes were frozen at 45 minutes...probably took 2 hours before i could feel my toes again...is that good?
