Pontoon and paddle day 3-8-09

Rain is the word for today...wow...stuck inside anyway cuz of work...but I did manage to sneak in a 65 minute spin...ok who else can fool themselves time after time with the same bait and switch...I assure myself that im just gonna easy spin today (to get myself dressed and on the stationary bike) then once im up there and going...up the tempo, I mean your up there why not make it count right...worked again today...im so gullable...
