3-23-09 Interval Laney Interval

Workout was interupted by work...but I snuck in 35 minutes of intervals...1:30 off 30 on...I really need to get back on a bike with wheels on it...ok todays tip, in between weather riding...layers are the key...arm warmers, knee warmers, really help early in the ride...and if you start to heat up, you can shed those layers...remember when you take off that if you are riding with the wind, your return trip may be colder...
